If people could listen more and talk less people could start makinf sense of things. From my
point of view people need to take action by applying simple steps when listening to another person; there are certian body movements one can do to make the receiver feel like they are being listened to. Feedback is required and then ones sense can come into play. The receiver would then feel more apriciated if these things are done.
First when one is listening to another person they need to send out body signals that they are listening. One might be that they see them eye to eye, this helps the person know that other things seem more interesting. Nodding the head is another good gesture because this means that the information is approved, but it should be done when it is appropriate like if the person talking is asking a question. There are many body movement one can do but ultimatly just face the person.
Then feedback is required also so that the one that is communicating wont feel abandond. A feed back could be that you kind of give a summary of what the person was trying to tell you. It doesn't have to be long, just by even mentioning that you agree by a certain topic they brought up this helps a whole lot. You can even question on something they said and this also would be known as a feed back.
Next this brings me to the point that you can start really talking. After you stayed there patiently nodding your head asking questions, you can tell them what you really feel is your opinion. Agreeing or disagree as long as you let them express themselves after all its not who wins by what they say, you might end up with a different type of feeling.
