
Do your shoulders hurt are you tired of feeling like if you're carring 100 pounds on your shoulders? There are ways that you can minimize stress my meditating, accupuncture, and learning something new. If you apply these steps you will start living a less stress free life.
At the begining of a stressful situation you should pull yourself away from the situation and meditate. Leave to a sacred place of yours your room, the restroom, or even the car. Stay quiet and begin imagining beutiful thoughts like; your at the beach hearing the waves. Imagine these waves coming in and out, they sound so peaceful, just like your heart should be sounding. Calm. You should practice this once a day and it doesn't have to be the ocean, thinking about God and how great he is and that you are not alone is another great stress reliever.
This takes me to another way to relieve tension is accupuncture. Accupuncture has been used by many years by chinese practices and it is a very natural affective way to get the pain of stress out of your body. If you go to your local library you can find many books under this topic. One way is that there is a pressure point on both sides of your shoulder, you press it, you feel a little tension, and hold, but when you release it you will feel much better.
Another way to relive stress try learning new hobby. A hobby that interest you and won't seem boring after a while. A lot of people love to crochet or even begin a card collection. Whatever makes you feel better that at the end of the day you feel like you have completed something and you feel proud of your self. Sometimes we forget about our selves to please others.
Putting all thes examples into practice will bring you a stress free life. Go meditate, read on accupunture and use it, or begin your hobby. What ever it is just make shure it makes you happy and it is not adding to the stress.

How To Be Stress Free
How I met real LOVE

I though Love was a fallacy, it would never show up and that the ones that found it were lying. I believe now that I was wrong. Love doesn't have to be sexual or anything of that. I found out the main love comes from God, the creator of heaven and earth, the one who would never stop loving you or me.
I found this out one day when I started reading the holy bible, at first I was skeptical, I thought people just wanted to get into something. That they were just finding excuses to be a good person. After reading for a couple of months I found myself wanting more and more of God, untill one day I heard a man on TV tell anyone watching to say a small prayer and tell him that I wanted to except Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.
Turns out God gave his son to die for our sins so we wouldn't die and go to hell all we had to do is believe that he is Lord. In the Bible it states, "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life." John 3:16

What I went through giving Birth
Having a child can be the most wonderful experience but can also be frightening. In my experience I was kind of worried, was it going to hurt? Was I capable to bring a child into this world? Well this was my experience.
I was 21 years old, going to college, many things were floating through my mind.What I did was read. I read books from th library, books given from other mothers, and also the internet. All these got me prepared to what to expect.
I talked to other mothers they told me their experience. Your own mother or mother in law have wonderful stories to tell, full with insite. My mom explained to me my bith and just listening to it made me appreciate my mother lots more. When you have a kid of your own you start realizing that mothers are more like a superhero they do marvolous acts where they are willing to give their life to their child.
The most important thing I did was pray. I believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and that he is always with me and wants to help me out. God showed me to calm down because sometimes when you are in that sort of state you sometimes feel like no one is with you, supports you, or cares about you. The the reasuring words he spoke to his prophets to pass down to us through the holy bible can calm anyone. He said he would never leave or forsake us when we choose to look for him.
When Labor came in my mind I thought you feel it right away but no it comes like a train. You hear it you know its coming but you dont know when. My contractions hurt like if I was getting a cramp I would start getting a cramp every 30 minutes. Then the cramp started getting more intense every 15 minutes. They took me to the hospital but they told me I wasn't ready yet. I spent a whole night and all morning with contractions every 5 minutes. It hit hard cramp then came down like when someone is holding you tight then lets go. They got close to 3 minutes each they sent the ambulance and I was gone to the hospital.
At the Hospital, they started conecting me to all sorts of things that I didn't even know what they were. Finally a lady came in asking me if I wanted an apadural. She commented and said "After this you will feel like you can have 10 babies at once." I thought yeah right I was feeling like I wish I was in another body.
She was right, it hit 10 minutes later, I felt like nothing I was calm, I even had a small conversation with my mom, even though they had told me that I would go into labor in one hour. The doctor came in like not even 30 minutes after that and told me I was fully dialated, ready to go into labor. I was 10 cm. When my son was comming through I felt nothing they would just tell me to push and stop and push, but to me it felt like when they take out a tooth, nothing.

Voting can be a hard thing to do especially when the people who are running don't keep their promises. When one promises it is like signing a contract, you have to go through it or people wont trust you. Analize the person running and study them look into what they are proposing and go with what you believe in. Don't just go by what others are going or that you were brought up with,be aware of your suroundings, because you do make the difference. Go vote but informed.

lose weight in 2 months 20 pounds
I was 5'2" weighed 150 and felt awful, there was something I had to do to drop these pounds. I realized I can't do it the unhealthy way because I might die just for a dream of being thinner. So I know that everything takes work, nothing is given in this life, I had to work for it. I took action by joining classes in college to start my dream.
One of my classes was a cardio class, which I took for a month, 5 times a week. During that class I did cardio for an hour long. It started with a ten minute warm up, walking. Then 20 minutes of running, 5 minutes walking. 2 minutes of each squates, jumping jacks, pushups, situps, arm rolls, tip toes, laying on the floor and raising my legs side to side. 5 minutes running, 2 minutes walking and lastly 3 minutes stretching main parts of body.
I added a eating plan of 5 to 6 meals a day. These meals would be 200 to 300 calories and tried to be eaten at the same time each day. I would eat it every 2 to 3 hours but not more than 4 hours. For example if I at 6 meals ever 2 hours start at 9am; second 11 am; 3rd 1pm: 4th 3pm; 5th 5pm; 6th 7pm. I ate that 6 times a week one day I would eat whatever whenever I wanted. Try eating healthy, once week eat something deliciouse to you, i would alway treat my self like a prize for my workouts a piece of cake or sunday.
That month i lost 10 pounds. Mybody looked thin, but I wanted more weight loss and shape to it. I then had another class for a month 5 days a week which was weight training. Women can lift weights and you don't get big. In fact, you start burning calories long after your work out. Cardio burns fat good but only last an hour after doing it. Adding a pound of muscle burns 60 calories a day even while you rest. I divided my week 2 days lower body 3 days upper body. The next week would be 2 day upper, 3 days lower.
After weight lifting for 30 minutes I would cardio for 1 hour 3 times a week. I also ate the eating plan I told you and after that month I lost another 20 pounds and my body looked fantastic I felt very good. I continued it and 6 monthes later I kept improving. I would say go to the library or search on the internet on how to lift weights properly, do the cardio, and eat like the plan i told you about and you will see results. I went from 150 to 130.
That month I lost 10 pounds
